Update from Sarah Murphy : Oh what a day! Today I discovered why it was so important for my muscles to contract... Because they could, I was able to be strapped into a special bike. They put electronic patches on my quads, hamstrings and glutes - the muscles required to ride a bike, and as the electric patches fired, MY muscles made the pedals go!!!! This is not only a great workout for my legs, but a way for my muscles to remember how to function... Another super successful day!
