 I have been reading about the Chinese RedBud Woman with great interest. The unidentified female wears a bright blue mask along with a black leather outfit. She is becoming popular in Beijing China and many have seen her doing good deeds such as giving clothing and food to the homeless. She refuses to be indentified.
