The Dance of Life

How we teach of children the dance of Life; One step, twirl,
one day at a time. It never really stops in most families.
We continue by example teach how to bear illness, aging,
all keeping step if we are wise by watching Life
through the eyes of our Children. Seeing ourselves as they
Imitate us, emulating our virtues, and our vices.
No we never had a manual besides our parents,
yet we can fill Between the lines, what we learn
by watching our children.❀⊱╮Simply Maura❀⊱╮

from the curriculum of all noble education;
dancing with the feet, with ideas, with words,
and, need I add that one must also be able
to dance with the pen?”~ Friedrich Nietzsche

"O, to be sure,
we laugh less and play less and wear uncomfortable disguises
like adults, but beneath the costume is the child we always are, whose needs are simple, whose daily life is still best described
by fairy tales." ~Leo Rosten
