Thanks for a mail box brimming telephone ringing, things left at my door, your presence and your love, cookies baked, time taken,  the sharing of your love and kindness all through the year, the cards, the letters, but most of all times shared with loved ones and sharing of lovely meals and fun and frolic and lovely visits with loved ones lots of good times shared with so many during this Christmas season. Wishing us all the very very best in 2014 and

You will soon understand that work is a rubber ball. If you drop it, it will bounce back. But the other four balls - Family, Health, Friends and Spirit - are made of glass. If you drop one of these: they will be irrevocably scuffed, marked, nicked, damaged or even shattered. They will never be the same. You must understand that and strive for balance.
