- 1-2 cloves garlic depending on the size of the clove and how much you like garlic.
- 3 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- In a blender, combine the first 8 ingredients.
- With the blender running pour in the vegetable oil in a very slow thin stream. This process should take about 2-3 minutes, other wise the dressing may separate.
- This keeps for about 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
