"Grace is available for each of us every day
our spiritual daily bread
but we've got to remember
to ask for it with a grateful heart
and not worry about
whether there will be enough for tomorrow."
~Sarah Ban Breathnach~

keep one still secret spot
where dreams may go
and be sheltered
so they
may thrive and grow.

Just close your eyes.
Breathe.
Stop whatever you're doing for ten seconds
and find The Silence.
... Visit The Quiet.
Just for ten seconds.
Do it six times today.
One minute a day.
That's all it takes.
One minute, divided into six parts.
Go ahead.
Do it now.
~Neale Donald Walsch~
The kingdom within is a lush garden that fills your soul with awe. An inner landscape of truth, beauty and love that if acknowledged and appreciated will transport you to a higher level of being where the glow of greatness will guide you to the essence of true wisdom. Find your wings and let your soul fly across a rainbow bridge of divine grace and harmony to a place where love is life and life is love!
~ Micheal Teal
“Today would be a wonderful day
not to take life so seriously.
Today may end up the way you prefer
and it may not.
Happiness is not about being a winner
... it's about being gentle with life
being gentle with yourself.
Let life be a dance
and choose the kind of
dance you want for today,
perhaps a gentle loving dance.”
~ Jonathan Lockwood Huie
It seems to me the only thing that matters, the only thing that’s even real, is the here and now. And some stuff is important and some stuff isn’t , and I guess time is the only thing that can sort out which is which. That just means, the more we live in the present, the more we store up all the memories, good and bad,... the more we have to hold on to once people, places, and things are gone. Because, believe me, I speak from experience when I say things can change forever, with, like, no warning. So no matter where how much you love something or no matter how much you take it for granted, nothing lasts forever. So for now, all we can do is hang on and wait and see and hope…for the future.
