Saturday

As wind carries our prayers for earth and all life,
may respect and love light our way.
May our hearts be filled with compassion
for others and for ourselves.
May peace increase on Earth.
May it begin with me.~ Tibetan prayer

From a friends blog an entry  on China

Sound is power and the first sound we hear is the pulse of our mother's blood.
No sound has a more powerful effect on our consciousness. Drumming is the musical expression of this primal power.
Rhythm is a means of organizing sound into specific energy formulas to harmonize the mind and body.
Chanting, rhythmic breathing and drumming form an ancient technology for directly synchronizing the mind/body complex, creating conditions for psychological and physical healing.

Psalm 91:4
He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart

The holiday season is fast approaching and many have asked when we will be transitioning our showroom with our Christmas décor?
It seems that many start earlier and earlier every year and out of respect to our soldiers who fought for our freedom and gave their lives so that we can enjoy our Christmas every year, we will be switching things over on November 12. Thank you! We look forward to presenting our 2014 holiday collection!
This season isn't about which retailer gets the first Christmas dollar, but rather, the soldier who took his last breath!
