Sunshine Cake

Sunshine Cake

From Jeanne
1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 can mandarin orange slices with juice ~ 11 oz
1 can crushed pineapple ~ 20 oz
1 box vanilla instant pudding mix ~ 4 oz
1 tub Cool Whip ~ 9 oz
Combine first 4 ingredients and beat as directions on cake mix box indicate. Grease and flour 3 layer cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 22-25 minutes. Cool on wire racks thoroughly. Blend pineapple with pudding mix. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in Cool Whip and spread on cake. Cake must be kept refrigerated.
