May October bless us with the very best
October:
In
the entire circle of the year there are no days so
delightful as those of a fine
October, when the trees are
bare to the mild heavens, and the red leaves bestrew
the
road, and you can feel the breath of winter, morning and
evening -- no days
so calm, so tenderly solemn, and with
such a reverent meekness in the air. ~

We’re all just walking each other
home.
~--Ram Dass--~
We’re all here to help each other find our way back
to our heart, our authentic self, to live the life we were born to
live….
I’ve learned that there are no detours or accidents in this life.
Instead, they are all very much part of our path, even if the experiences while
going through them are painful. No one with whom we cross paths is ever “wrong”
for us, even if we experience hardship while being with them. After all, by
virtue of walking with us for a time, they help us gain clarity about who we are
and what we want—even if it’s through the contrast of reflecting back to us who
we are not or do not want to become, and what we do not want to
experience.
Thank you for walking me home.

`*.¸.*.. ✿ A Priceless Gift
✿
by Helen Steiner Rice
Friendship is a priceless gift
That can't be
bought or sold,
But its value is far greater
Than a mountain made of
gold.
For gold is cold and
lifeless,
It cannot see nor hear,
And in your times of trouble,
It is
powerless to cheer.
It has no
ears to listen,
No heart to understand.
It cannot bring you comfort
Or
reach out a helping hand.
So
when you ask God for a gift,
Be thankful that he sends,
Not diamonds,
pearls, or riches,
But the love of a real, true
friend.
